About Glacier French Bulldogs of Montana
We’re a small family breeder tucked away in beautiful Northwest Montana, near Glacier National Park. We raise only a limited number of thoughtfully planned litters each year because we want every puppy to receive plenty of individual attention, socialization, and love—there are no assembly-line puppies here!
My husband is a Marine Corps veteran, and I teach junior high. Our grown daughters still adore our Frenchie crew just as much as ever, and our granddaughter has recently taken over as the official puppy snuggler-in-chief. The Frenchies don’t mind one bit. Between our silly Frenchies, curious cats, and the parade of wildlife in our backyard, our home is never quiet or boring.
How Our Frenchie Story Started
Our Frenchie obsession started when my husband showed me a picture of the cutest puppy we’d ever seen. One look, and we were hooked.
We fell in love with the breed’s goofy personalities, snuggly nature, and incredible ability to make us laugh every day. After years of having French Bulldogs as part of our family, we decided to begin breeding so other families could experience the same joy, humor, companionship, and love these little clowns have brought into our lives.
Our dogs are family first, and our puppies are raised the same way—right in our home as part of our everyday lives.
Our Breeding Philosophy
Our goal is to produce healthy, well-structured French Bulldogs with wonderful temperaments who will become loved members of their families.
We carefully plan each pairing with health, genetics, structure, temperament, and compatibility in mind—not simply color or appearance. We use genetic testing when planning our breedings and take the time to consider what each dog brings to a pairing.
Because we keep our program small, we’re able to truly know our dogs and give each litter the individual time and attention it deserves.
Glacier French Bulldogs of Montana has also been screened by Good Dog for responsible breeding practices.
Raised in Our Home, With Love
From the beginning, our puppies are handled and loved as part of our family. They grow up surrounded by the normal sights, sounds, people, dogs, and activity of everyday home life.
We incorporate Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), Early Scent Introduction (ESI), age-appropriate enrichment, handling, and socialization to help our puppies grow into confident, people-focused companions.
We want our puppies prepared for more than just the day they leave us. We want to give them a strong foundation for life with their new families.
Finding the Right Puppy for Your Family
Finding the right home is just as important to us as raising the puppy.
Once puppies arrive and we get to know their individual personalities, we work closely with each family to choose the puppy that will be the best fit for their home, lifestyle, and preferences.
Puppy selection is a conversation. We share what we're seeing in each puppy, listen to what's important to you, and work together to find the right match.
We don't simply choose puppies in deposit order because we want both the puppy and the family to be happy with the match.
As the breeder, Glacier French Bulldogs of Montana always reserves the right to retain any puppy from a litter for our breeding program.
Our Commitment Doesn't End at Pickup
When one of our puppies leaves our home, we don't consider our relationship with that family finished.
Our puppies go home vet-checked, with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, veterinary records, AKC registration paperwork, a one-year health guarantee, and a puppy package to help make the transition home easier.
Most importantly, we offer lifetime breeder support.
